At Armorte, we’re all about delivering phone cases that don’t just protect your device—they elevate your style. But hey, we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s anything off with your order, we’re here to make it right!

How to Start a Return:

If you need to return an item, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@armorte.com.

  • Received the wrong item or noticed a defect?
    No stress! Snap a few clear photos of the issue and include them in your email along with a quick explanation. We’ll sort it out ASAP.

Personalized Products:

Custom cases are one-of-a-kind, just like you! Since they’re made specifically for you, we can’t offer returns or exchanges on personalized products unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect. If that’s the case, let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

Important Notes:

  • Contact us before sending anything back. We can’t process returns that come without notice or a reason.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Be sure to label your package with “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any confusion during processing.
